~       Making me feel low or depressed.

The more consciously I began to eat, the more in tune my mind was with my body. Gradually I began to discover the foods that really motivated never cell of my body.

z     Never leave you craving for more of the same;

 

z     Leave you feeling happy and motivated;

 

z     Never cause you indigestion;

 

z     Enable all the cells in your body to work effectively;

 

z     Cause you no pain or discomfort;

 

z     Work in harmony with your body.

 

Seeking out the foods that motivate does not mean making some foods ‘bad’. You can still eat them occasionally, in the knowledge that they will have a negative or toxic effect on your body. The great thing is that the more you learn to love yourself and your body, the less you want to eat the foods that cause you any discomfort, pain or demotivation.
